Homely charm with some quirks
The hotel radiates a warm ambiance and excellent breakfast. The café-style bar and spacious rooms with charming touches added to our cozy Alpine experience. Plus, the nearby ski bus stop was a lifesaver!
Sadly, some amenities were a bit restrictive, like the limited jacuzzi access, and the dinner seating time felt too early, making it difficult for late-night skiers to enjoy a meal.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pramstraller. The staff were exceptionally friendly and created a lovely and calm atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, offering a range of delicious options to start the day off right. Plus, the ski bus stopped conveniently right outside, making it easy to head to the mountain for skiing whenever we chose.

The staff were frequently indifferent and unapproachable, which dampened the experience. the heating system in the room would turn off unexpectedly, requiring multiple requests for it to be turned back on, which was quite inconvenient. Limited access to the jacuzzi felt overly restrictive, adding to the feeling that guest comfort was not a priority.
